Mrs Schrade is specialised in advising on all aspects of employment law (including contract design, alteration of working conditions, remuneration and working time systems, settlement and severance negotiations, outsourcing, works council matters, arbitration committee proceedings, settlement of interests and redundancy negotiations, use of temporary workers). She particularly represents corporate clients and senior staff both in advice and litigation matters.
She has also longstanding experience in the restructuring of businesses (rationalisations including retrenchment, relocations and closures, transformation laws, transfer of undertakings). The individual legal and conceptual advice and support of the respective personnel department is a considerable focus of her practice.
